Journeying from ASMR type B to ASMR type A

I’m in the process of trying to train my ASMR from type B (external trigger) to be type A (internal trigger). Since I started watching ASMR videos and focussing more on my sensitive experiences, I have noticed changes in my empathic sensibility.  Now, once in a while I can trigger my ASMR by thought, but it’s not strong or reliable. 

Anyway, I’ll see where it ultimately leads an log my progress in this journal…
